Due to the annual 127 Yard Sale, our area experiences a significant increase in traffic and visitors.
While we are excited to welcome everyone, this event does impact our normal operations—especially as a small, family-owned restaurant.
During this time:
• Our main menu will be limited, as we do each year during this event.
• Our seafood night menu will be limited.
• Steak night options may be reduced depending on supplier availability.
• Overall wait times and service flow may be affected by the high volume of guests.
If you are placing a reservation, please be aware that heavy traffic and increased demand may affect seating times. While we do our best to honor all reservations, exact seating times cannot be guaranteed during this busy period.
For guests looking to enjoy our full seafood and steak menus with a more relaxed experience, we recommend visiting before or after the 127 Yard Sale.

Please note: Seafood Night features a completely separate menu from our usual offerings—our regular menu takes a break during these hours to make way for these special creations.
We pride ourselves on sourcing only the highest-quality, fresh fish, always centering our menu around these five premium proteins: red snapper, grouper, salmon, cod, and Chilean sea bass. Each week, our talented chefs reinvent these staples with innovative recipes, ensuring a unique and flavorful adventure every time you visit.
Friday Night Steak Night
Fire up your Friday with an unforgettable steak experience at The Butter Dish! Join us every Friday from 4pm to 8pm for Steak Night, where we serve up sizzling, premium cuts cooked to perfection. Unlike our Seafood Night, our full regular menu remains available, so you can mix and match your favorites with our stellar steak offerings.
Our star of the show is always the juicy, flavorful ribeye, a mainstay on the menu every week. Depending on the availability of premium product, we alternate between tender sirloins and succulent filets to keep things exciting. Each steak is seared to perfection in a cast-iron skillet, locking in those rich, bold flavors with—you guessed it—plenty of butter for that signature Butter Dish touch.
Warning: Our steaks are a hot commodity and tend to go fast on Friday nights, so arrive early or make a reservation to secure your plate! Come hungry and ready for a buttery, beefy delight at The Butter Dish.

"My husband and I visited on a Saturday, and we were seated quickly. The tables are large. You won’t be scrunched next to another table. Hubs had the Cobb salad and it was huge, served in a spaceship-shaped bowl. The quality was good, and he said the chicken was delicious. I had the classic burger with onion rings, and it was just I asked, with mustard and extra pickle. The waitress anticipated our needs and brought extra napkins with our food.
The price of this meal was excellent for the quality of food."
